SHIPPING POLICY

The cost of shipping can vary based on the product that you order (some products are larger than others). Your total shipping cost will be determined by the total products you select. Your shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.

When it comes to inventory, we work a little differently than most retailers. Instead of stock piling mass produced products, each product is created upon order submission. Therefore, we need a couple days to get your products made so we can ship it out to you. Once it’s shipped, our couriers get it to you as fast as they can based on the shipping option selected.

Here is an idea of what to expect for shipping time:

  • Over 97% of orders are made and shipped out within 5 business days (more than half of orders are created and shipped within 3 business days).
  • Our goal is to have 100% of our orders shipped within 7 business days.
  • Courier shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select during checkout.

On rare occasions, our suppliers run out of stock of a particular item. We do our best to keep our store up-to-date as they keep us informed on stock levels. If we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason, your order will be reimbursed 100% as soon as possible.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Shipments:If an order is returned to us because of a wrong address or an unclaimed shipment, you will be charged for the second shipment to cover the re-shipment cost.

 


RETURN POLICY

Our return policy last for 30 days. Anything beyond 30 days from the original purchase date is non-refundable.

Items can be returned for a full refund that meet the following conditions:

  • Item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Item has not been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged in anyway.
  • Item does not contain any unpleasant odors.
  • Item was not considered on promotion or discounted.
  • Provided proof of original purchase directly from When Humans Kind.

Once a return has been received, we will inspect the item to make sure it qualifies for our return policy. Then we will issue the refund to the original payment method as soon as possible. Once the refund has been initiated, you will receive a notification via email that the refund has been approved. Funds will be returned to your account at the speed of which your credit card company or bank can process the refund transaction.

Shipping from the original purchase is not refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping.

However, items that arrive to you damaged or defective will be replaced free of charge.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

As soon as your order is submitted, we immediately begin processing your order, creating your item, and getting it ready for shipment. Therefore, canceling an order becomes difficult.

If you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately and we will do our best to cancel before your item is made. If your item has already been created, we will not be able to cancel your order and will be subject to our return policy.
